The bike is sold 85% assembled (wheel, handlebars, saddle, pedals are removed). The buyer is responsible for properly assembling and preparing the bicycle for use. Violation of this requirement voids the product warranty. When it comes to assembling the bike, we recommend contacting a specialist.

Consumable parts are not covered by the warranty. Consumable parts include tires, brake pads, brake discs, brake cables, handles, moving parts of the folding mechanism, loose bolts, pins, ball bearings, etc. The user is responsible for checking the technical condition of the device and, if necessary, servicing it before each ride. To ensure the validity of the warranty and the condition of the device, it must be serviced once a year or according to the mileage of 300 km and after that every 1000 km.
