    1.Terms of sale
    The terms and conditions of sale of the Lukase Invest OÜ e-store are valid from the Internet address for purchasing the Surfshop.ee e-store https://www.surfshop.ee.     2.How to buy
    2.1. When you have selected the desired products, add them to your shopping cart.
    2.2. After selecting all the desired products into the shopping cart, please place the order. All contact fields must be filled. Before forming the order double-check your personal data, products and amounts.
    2.3. If everything is correct, place the order. After checking stock availability, the invoice will be sent to your e-mail.
    2.4. The payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer and credit card
    2.5 All prices in the Surfshop.ee e-shop include 20% VAT.2.6.Prices are displayed in euros (EUR, €).
    2.7.The order will be activated after receiving the payment. The indicated delivery time is calculated from the moment of receiving the payment.
    2.8.If the payment is delayed, we are not able to guarantee the availability and price of the products.

    3. Payment methods
    3.1 Bank links:
    Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop pank, Pocopay. To pay with a bank link, please click the bank link icon and follow the instructions.
    3.1.1 All payments are made in the banks' or service providers secure environment outside Surfshop.ee e-shop. Surfshop.ee doesn't have access to its customers bank or credit card data.
    3.1.2 After finishing your payment, make sure you click the "Back to merchandiser" button.
    3.1.3 After successful payment, an order confirmation with delivery information will be sent to your e-mail address.
    3.1.4 The order is completed and delivered only after 100% advance payment!

    3.2 Bank transfer
    After you have confirmed your order, an invoice will be sent to your email address. Paying by bank transfer, be sure to indicate the order number on the order.

     
    4. Execution of the order
    4.1. Surfshop.ee will start executing the customer's order immediately after confirming the order, when the banktransfer arrives at the confirmed customer.
    4.2. The sales contract between the Seller and the customer enters into force upon receipt of the purchase amount paid by the customers in full to the Seller's current account.
    4.3.The seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if the fulfillment of the order turns out to be impossible or significantly difficult due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.
    4.4.The seller immediately informs the customer about the cancellation of the order by e-mail or telephone. Upon cancellation of the order, the seller will return the sales price paid by the customer within three (3) working days. If the order is waived, the seller is not liable to the customer or third parties for any damage caused by the waiver.

    5. Delivery of goods and delivery time
    5.1 Delivery of goods takes place here when it is activated (Itella, DPD, CARGO).

    5.1.1 Delivery of goods to Latvia is organized by DPD.
    5.2. If the goods are in stock, the goods purchased from Monday to Thursday will be delivered to the parcel machine more than during the validity of the sales contract. Goods purchased from Friday to Sunday will arrive parcel automatically to the sellers who have the next decision on Tuesday. Parcels will arrive at Saaremaa and Hiiumaa parcel machines within 3 working days, if the sellers are valid. It takes 1-2 days to achieve courier service.
    5.3 The delivery time of the goods is 1-7 working days, depending on the product.The seller has the right to unilaterally extend the delivery time during the execution of the order by notifying the customer by e-mail. If the seller extends the delivery time more than once or for more than two months, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order within three working days from the receipt of the relevant information by notifying the seller by e-mail. The seller is not obliged to compensate the customer for the damage caused by the withdrawal from the order.
    5.4 The goods can also be picked up on the bases of an agreement: Tallinn, Türi tn 10D

    6. Return of goods, withdrawal from the contract and refunds
    6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods
    6.2. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the goods to the seller within the last 14 days from the date of purchase.
    6.3. The customer may have a contractual withdrawal period if the goods are usable and damaged. Refund issues costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend the customer to return, send back or deliver all the goods he wants at once. We recommend the customer to return the goods in the originaltransport packaging.
    6.4. Returned goods (including accessories) must be unused and undamaged. The customer has the right to inspect the goods as normally allowed in the store, and the customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods upon inspection if he has used the goods in any other way.
    6.5.If the customer has withdrawn from the transaction, the seller shall return the purchase amount to the customer immediately, but not later than within 14 calendar days of receipt of the withdrawal application by the seller. Refunds will be made to the same bankaccount from which the purchase was made.
    6.6.If the customer has returned the damaged goods, the seller has the right to refuse to take back the goods or demand compensation for the damage caused.

    7. Use of cookies
    7.1.The e-shop uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that a web browser automatically saves to a device used by a customer. Cookies are used to collect information about how the customer uses the e-shop in order to provide the customer with a better user experience.
    7.2.The following cookies are used in the e-shop:
    7.2.1.Session cookies, which purpose is to enable the use of the e-shop;
    7.2.2.Persistent cookies, which purpose is to remember the customer's choices in the e-shop;
    7.2.3.First and / or third party cookies, the purpose of which is to show the customer suitable advertising and offers;
    7.2.4.Third party analysis cookies, which purpose is to optimize marketing communication.
    7.2.5.The customer may delete and / or block cookies stored on their devices by changing the settings of their web browser.
    7.2.6.If cookies are not used, the e-shop may not work as planned and / or some functionalities may not be available to the customer.

    8. Changes to the order conditions and pricelist
    8.1. Lukase Invest OÜ has the right to change and supplement these terms and conditions and price lists. Changes and additions to the terms, conditions and pricelist are displayed on www.surfshop.ee.If the order has been submitted before the amendments to the conditions and price list, the conditions and price list valid at the time of submitting the order shall apply to the Subscriber.

    9. Brokerage of used equipment and supplies
    9.1. Surfshop.ee is not responsible for the warranty and condition of used equipment. We mediate used equipment at the customer's request. By purchasing used equipment, the customer assumes responsibility and is aware that the used equipment has its own risks.
