Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in the original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date. We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site.
On warranty cases we`ll make a refund within 14 days after receiving the faulty item.

Quote your order (Invoice no.) number, name and what you would like to happen to your order,  exchange/refund etc...

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.

THIS IS IMPORTANT!!
Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender.
It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing.
If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such, Surfshop.ee  cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.
